• उत्साही आदमी के लिए कठिन काम भी सुगम हो जाता है और हिम्मत हारने से सुगम काम भी कठिन हो जाता है ।

•दुष्टों की न शत्रुता अच्छी, न मित्रता ।

•व्यवहार में बालक, सत्य में युवक और ज्ञान में वृद्ध बनो ।

• नीति से आये और रीति से खर्च हो वह धन (अर्थ) अमृत है।

• अपनी बड़ाई, मान और प्रतिष्ठा करने वालो से दूर रहना चाहिए।

• नम्रता पत्थर को भी मोम कर देती है।

• आहार का आचरण पर बहुत प्रभाव पड़ता है।

•समय का मूल्य जान लेने पर सफलता में देरी नहीं है ।

• कर्तव्य का पालन करना ही चित्त की शांति का मूल मंत्र है।

• निंदनीय कर्म से डरना चाहिए न कि निंदा।

• माता पिता ईश्वर के प्रतिनिधि स्वरुप हैं।

•  जीवन बहुत थोड़ा है, सबसे प्रेम पूर्वक मिलकर चलो, अच्छा व्यवहार करो, अमृत का विस्तार कर जाओ, विष जैसी वाणी का कभी न प्रयोग करो। तुम्हारा प्रेम पूर्वक व्यवहार अमृत और द्वेष पूर्ण व्यवहार ही विष है। हृदय से विष को सर्वथा के लिए निकालकर अमृत भर लो और पग पग पर केवल अपने कर्म, विचारों और वाणी से अमृत वितरण करो।

• अब भी जो थोड़ी सी उम्र शेष है, उसी को अच्छे कामों में लगा दे तो हमारा मनुष्य जीवन सफल हो सकता है, पर यदि आयु का यह बचा हुआ थोड़ा सा समय भी यों ही बीत गया तो फिर सिवा पश्चाताप के और कुछ नहीं होगा। क्या पता कि फिर यह मानव जीवन कब मिलेगा।

Textbooks in the field of Education and intellectual property development

Textbooks are important for teacher's in teaching of mathematics in many ways. The textbooks are main source of information and a detailed literary work available for study purposes.

Books are keys to wisdom treasure,

Books are gates to lanes of pleasure.

Books are the path that upward lead,

Books are the friends come ! , Let us read !!!

It's advantages are as follows : -

(i) The textbook of mathematics helps in planning and making decision related to particular topic and teaching aids preparation.

(ii) A good textbook helps the teacher to organise the matter of learning.

(iii) Textbook is generally written by experts panel and qualified teachers. Therefore, it is a valuable guide which gives authentic and reliable information related to mathematics.

(iv) Textbook contains the related concept of mathematics, guidelines and gives pace to the covered syllabus. Therefore, it provides appropriate boundaries about the completion of the syllabus of the concerned teacher.

(v) Textbooks contains illustration related to topic and therefore teacher becomes familiar with the ways/methods of tackling any problem in maths.

(vi) Textbook of mathematics contains many solved and unsolved examples gives help to the students in understanding the mathematical problems. It provides an opportunity to develop a variety of skills by encouraging the students creativity, thinking power, reasoning etc. through it's exercises.

(vii) Textbook helps the teacher of mathematics to give sufficient practice in teaching and assigning homework to the students according to their individual abilities and differences.

श्रीकृष्ण ने अपनी गुरू माता को दक्षिणा स्वरूप मृत पुत्र को पुनः जीवित कर दिया

श्री कृष्ण जी और उनके बड़े भाई बलराम अपनी शिक्षा के लिए गुरु गर्ग की अनुशंसा पर सांदीपनि के आश्रम में पहुंचे और कुछ ही दिनों में दोनों भाइयों ने सभी विद्याएं सीख ली। 

तत्पश्चात् , दोनों शिक्षा पूर्ण होने पर गुरू दक्षिणा देने हेतु अपने आचार्य और गुरू माता के पास पहुंचे।

गुरू माता से श्री कृष्ण जी ने कहा कि " माता अपने हमारी गुरुकुल शिक्षा में हमें मां की तरह पाला है, अतः आपको बिना दक्षिणा दिए हमारी विद्या अधूरी मानी जाएगी और घर लौटने से पहले हम आपको वचन देते हैं कि आपकी दक्षिणा स्वरूप सभी इच्छा पूरी करेंगे।"

गुरूजी और गुरूमता ने उन्हें दीर्घायु होने का आशीर्वाद दिया और कहा -  "शिष्य, तुम हमारी इच्छा पूरी नहीं कर सकते हो, अतः हम तुम्हे वचन से मुक्त करते हैं।" और फिर उनकी आखों में जल भर आया और वह रोने लगी।

यह सब दृश्य देख कृष्ण जी ने कहा - "गुरूजी, हम अपने वचन के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं और ऐसा कोई कार्य नहीं जो अब हम पूर्ण नहीं कर सकते" ।

उन्होंने अपनी गुरुमाता से कई बार कहा कि अपनी इच्छा प्रकट करे। लेकिन , उन्होंने रुदन स्वर में कहा मेरी इच्छा कोई पूरी नहीं कर सकते है, इसलिए मत पूछो।

यह सुन कृष्ण जी ने प्रण लिया कि, अब जब तक वह उनकी इच्छा पूरी नहीं कर लेते वह अपने घर नहीं जाएंगे।

उन्होंने पुनः उनकी इच्छा विनम्रता से पूछी। तब उन्होंने कहा - तो सुनो हमारा एक ही पुत्र था जो जवानी में मर गया। क्या तुम उसे वापस लाकर दे सकते हो !!!!! उसे समुद्र खा गया।

श्री कृष्ण स्तब्ध रह गए, और उन्होंने अपने गुरू ऋषि संदिप मुनि से उसकी मृत्यु का कारण पूछा ?

सांदीपनि ने बताया कि - "हमारा पुत्र का नाम पुनर्दत्त था, और वर्षों पहले एक बार हम सभी स्नान करने के लिए समुद्र किनारे पर पहुंचे, समुद्र की एक बड़ी लहर आयी औेर हमारा पुत्र समुद्र की गहराइयों में कहीं डूब गया और फिर कभी न लौटा।" उसी शोक की ज्वाला में हम दोनों चुपचाप यू ही जल रहे हैं।

इसपर कृष्ण ने कहा यह भी तो संभव है कि कभी कभी ऐसा भी तो होता है कि समुद्र में डूब कर भी प्राणी मरता नहीं, शायद, मूर्छित हो वह कहीं दूर बह गया हो।

गुरू माता ने इस पर कहा कि इन बातों में अब कुछ नहीं रखा, झूठी सांत्वना से अब हमारी निराशा दूर नहीं होगी। अब ऐसा कोई भी नहीं जो मेरे पुत्र को वापस ला सके। पुनः उन्होंने वचन से मुक्त करने की बात दोहराई।

इसपर कृष्ण ने कहा कि -  गुरूदेव मेरा वचन कभी भी झूठा नहीं हो सकता, मै अपने प्राण देकर भी अपने वचन को पूरा करूंगा, मै अब आपके पुत्र को तीनों लोको से ढूंढ कर आपके पास लाऊंगा।

और तभी मैं अपने आप को आपके ऋण तथा गुरू दक्षिणा से मुक्त समझूंगा।

इतना कहकर और गुरू और गुरुमाता को प्रणाम कर, वह अपने भाई के साथ समुद्र की ओर चल दिए।

समुद्र के किनारे पहुंच कर उन्होंने समुद्र देवता को पुकार लगाईं। समुद्र देवता प्रकट हुए, तब उन्होंने पुनर्दत्त के बारे में पूछा।

इसपर समुद्र देवता ने बताया कि - मेरी गहराइयों में एक पांचजन्य नाम का महान राक्षस रहता है यह उसी दैत्य का काम हो सकता है। वह किनारे स्नान करने वालो को खींच कर ले जाता है और फिर मेरी गहराइयों में ले जाकर उन्हें खा जाता है। उसी ने पुनर्दत्त को खा लिया होगा।

इसपर समुद्र से उस दैत्य का पता पूछा।

तिसपर, समुद्र देवता ने बताया कि वह इस समय शून्य तल पर एक छोटे से शंख के अंदर विश्राम कर रहा है। वह मायावी राक्षस अपना शरीर छोटा कर शंख में समा जाता है और वही सुरक्षित रहता है। इसपर कृष्ण ने उन्हें वहां ले जाने को कहा।

श्री कृष्ण और बलराम जी समुद्र तल पर पहुंचे और उस शंख को देखा। इस पर कृष्ण जी ने जोर कि ध्वनि उत्पन्न कर कहा - जागो दैत्य राज तुम्हारा काल तुमसे मिलने आया है। इतने पर भी वह दैत्य न उठा। तो भगवान कृष्ण ने अपने बाण से उस शंख को समुद्र में ही जला दिया।

जलते हुए शंख से वह पांचजन्य नाम का राक्षस बाहर निकला और कृष्ण जी से युद्ध करने लगा। भीषण युद्ध हुआ और कृष्ण जी ने उसे मार दिया।

तत्पश्चात, वह दोनों भाई, यमलोक पहुंचे। यमलोक पहुंचने पर यम के द्वारपालको ने उन्हें जीवित यम के यहां जाने से रोक लिया। इसपर कृष्ण ने भयंकर शंखनाद किया, जिससे सारा यमलोक कापने लगा।

यम साक्षात उनके सामने प्रकट हो गए और प्रणाम किया और  शरीर सहित वहां आने का कारण पूछा। तब भगवान ने सारा वृत्तांत सुना दिया। इसपर उन्होंने आग्रह किया कि वह पुनर्दत्त के आत्म स्वरूप को वापस कर दे। यम ने इस निवेदन पर ऐसा ही किया।

वापस पृथ्वी पर लौट श्री कृष्ण और बलराम जी ने अपनी शक्तियों से पुनर्दत्त के शरीर को बनाया और उसे पुनर्जीवन दिया।

फिर पुनर्दत्त को लेकर वह दोनों उन्हें अपने गुरू आश्रम पहुंचे।

गुरूजी सांदीपनि और गुरुमाता आश्चर्य चकित होकर रह गए और अपने पुत्र पुनर्दत्त को जीवित पाकर अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए।

उन्होंने कृष्ण जी को सबके दुख हरण करने का वरदान दिया और गुरू माता ने उन्हें दीर्घायु होने का आशीर्वाद दिया।

# निष्कर्ष - भगवान प्रेम से निवेदन करने पर असंभव फल भी अपने भक्तों को प्रदान करते हैं। 

कोरोना संकट से थकी दुनिया - महामारी थकावट के चपेट में लोग

कोरोना महामारी से विश्व की अर्थव्यवस्था का विकास लगभग 5% की दर से घट रहा है। इस आपदा से बचने के लिए लॉक - डाउन की व्यवस्था और सामाजिक दूरी जैसी नीतियां विश्व के कई देशों ने अपनाया है। सभी लोग अपने अपने घरों में रह कर अपना समय व्यतीत कर रहे हैं। कई लोगों के परिवार में खुशियां फिर से लौट आई है, सभी एकसाथ बताए हुए पलों को याद कर घरों में रह रहे हैं। 

वहीं दूसरी ओर ढेर सारे लोग लाकडाउन से महामारी की थकावट से जूझ रहे हैं। कई लोग अवसाद से ग्रस्त हो चुके हैं और विश्व भर इस आपदा के दौरान आत्महत्या की घटनाओं में इजाफा हो गया है। 

महामारी की थकावट का अर्थ उस स्थिति से है, जब किसी गंभीर आपदा को झेलते हुए लोग असहज महसूस करने लगते हैं और उनका मनोबल टूटने लगता है। लोग आशा खोने लगते हैं और उच्च रक्तचाप, हृदय संबंधी या मानसिक रोगों आदि से ग्रस्त हो जाते हैं। 

महामारी थकावट (Pandemic Fatigue) की वजह :

काफ़ी दिनों तक घरों में ही कैद रहने से मानसिक स्थिति असहज हो जाती है। जीवन नीरस लगने लगता है। सामाजिक दूरी से ऐसा लगता है कि मित्र, दोस्त, और रिश्तेदार दूर हो गए हैं। आजादी खत्म होने से दिनचर्या घरों के कामों तक ही सीमित हो जाती है।

हमारे शरीर में कॉर्टिसोल (Cortisol) नाम का हार्मोन तनाव को संभालता है। लेकिन महामारी के डर से इस हार्मोन का स्तर बढ़ने लगता है। इस कारण उच्च रक्तचाप और घबराहट जैसी समस्या उत्पन्न होने लगती है। जिसका सीधा असर रिश्तों पर पड़ता है।

इस स्थिति में व्यक्ति को अपने आपको संभालने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए और मनोचिकित्सक की सलाह लेना चाहिए और कहा भी गया है मन के हारे हार है मन के जीते जीत । यह महामारी का संकट मन को नहीं बांध सकता है। 

अपने जीवन को अनुशासित ढंग से मजबूत बनाकर हम इस संकट से उत्पन्न मानसिक तनाव से बच सकते हैं।

लॉक डाउन धीरे धीरे हटाया जा रहा है और लोग खौफ के साए में घरों से बाहर निकल रहे हैं। 

यह स्थिति थोड़ी चिंताजनक है फिर भी सभी ज़रूरी नियमों का पालन करना चाहिए। क्योंकि एम आई टी यूनिवर्सिटी की एक रिपोर्ट की मानें तो -

वर्ष 2021 की फरवरी महीने तक भारत में 2.87 लाख केस प्रतिदिन पॉज़िटिव आएंगे, वहीं अमेरिका में 98,000 और दुनिया में लगभग 25 करोड़ से अधिक केस प्रतिदिन पॉज़िटिव आएंगे।

रोग प्रतिरोधक शक्ति का विकास - इस संकट का समाधान

इस स्थिति से बचने का उपाय अपनी रोग प्रतिरोधक शक्ति को और मजबूत बनाना है। इस महामारी संकट के दौरान प्रतिरोधी क्षमता बढ़ाने वाली चीजों की मांग 20-40% बढ़ गई है। लोग चवनप्राश, गिलोय, तुलसी, अश्वगंधा, हल्दी, अदरक, नीबू जैसी चीजों की अधिक मात्रा में मांग कर रहे हैं। विटामिन सी और फलों की भी खूब मांग है। बाजार में हैल्थ सप्लीमेंट और आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं की भी मांग अचानक बढ़ गई हैं। लोगो के मन में बस यह है कि प्रतिरोधी क्षमता बढ़ाने वाली चीजों का सेवन कर ले और निडर हो बाहर निकल जाए।

वैसे, यहां बताते चले कि बाजार में  आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं और होम्योपैथिक दवाओं के अलावा इम्यूनिटी बूस्टर के रूप में बिस्किट, नामक, स्नैक्स, पानी, मिठाइयां भी मौजूद है जिन्हें इस दावे के साथ बेचा जा रहा है कि यह सब उत्पाद आपकी प्रतिरोधी क्षमता बढ़ाने में मदद करेंगी।

Micro Teaching - Concept and notes

Micro teaching is a technique of training which one learns the skills of teaching through a scaled down process of teaching-learning.

Micro Teaching Cycle : -

1. Identification of specific skill.

2. Demonstration of the skill.

3. Micro lesson planning.

4. Teaching session.

5. Feedback or evaluation.

6. Micro lesson re-planning.

7. Re-teach with improvements.

8. Re-feedback or re-evaluation.

Characteristics or features of Micro teaching :

i) Scaled down teaching process i.e., 5 to 10 students, 5 to 10 minutes, and small size of content to be taught.

ii) Only one teaching skill is considered at a time.

iii) The micro lesson plans depends upon micro events.

iv) It provides feedback on trainee performance.

v) It is an individualized technique.

Skills of reinforcement :  It is an important skill used in micro teaching.

" Reinforcement is the behaviour of the teacher for encouraging the students and helping them in participation in the lesson plan development. "

Reinforcement = feedback and modification of

                               behaviour of learners in a                                                  corrective way.

Reinforcement makes learners eager to know more and more knowledge to get better reply from the teacher.

Positive components or reinforcers are the stimulus that provide pleasant experiences on the learners.

Whereas, negative components or reinforcers comprises of harsh, strict experiences and penalising experiences.It include wrong use of reinforcement, reinforcement not given when required,  reinforcement is given when not required, and special treatment to the favourite students.

Alzheimer - memory loss

Alzheimer's disease destroys a person's ability to remember things, recall memories, both distant and as recent as a few hours before.

Although there is no cure yet for the illness, there may be hope for a cure with a protein called nerve cells in the same region of the brain where Alzheimer's occurs. Based on this relationship, scientists from the University of Lund in Sweden and the University of California at San Diego designed an experiment to test whether the doses of nerve growth factors could service the effect of memory loss due to Alzheimer's. 

Using a group of rats with impaired memory, the scientists have half of the rats doses of nerve growth factor while giving the other half a blood protein as a placebo, thus creating a control group. At the end of the four week test, the rats given the nerve growth factor performed equally to rats with normal memory power. While experiments do not show that nerve growth factor can stop the general process of declining caused by Alzheimer's, they do show potential as means to slowing the process significantly.
